Bukit Asam opens tender for Over Burden Removal, heavy equipment

JAKARTA (RambuEnergy.com) – State-controlled coal producer PT Bukit Asam Tbk (IDX:PTBA) opens a tender for Overburden Removal works as well as heavy equipment and dump trucks rental for coal getting.

The bid winner will carry out overburden removal at a volume of 19 million BCM per annum within the period of 2019-2023 (60 months) at the company’s mining site in Tanjung Enim, South Sumatera.

The second work will encompass overburden removal for 58 million BCM per year for the period of 2019-2023 or 60 months.

The registration date is set before Nov. 28, 2017 through the website: www.eproc.ptba.co.id.

Bukit Asam aims to increase its coal production to over 30 million tons per annum from around 23 million tons per annum at present, in line with the enlarged capacity of its railways to transport coals to the nearby coal ports.
