PLN opens bid for 40 MW Luwuk Gas Engine Power Plant

JAKARTA (RambuEnergy.com) – State electricity company PT PLN opens a tender for Luwuk Gas Engine Power Plant with installed capacity of 40 MW.

The bid winner will be responsible for design, execution and completion of the power plant which consist of EPC and 5 years of operation and maintenance (O&M) starting from taking over date.

The plant will operate with natural gas (single fuel). THe bid will be done through one stage two envelopes bidding process.

The scope of works shall be on a full EPC lumpsum basis except for piling works will be on the unit price basis. The scope comprises design, manufacture, inspection and testing at the manufacture’s facility, packing, shipment, insurance, customs clearance, delivery to the site, unloading, storing and handling at site, complete erection, on-site testing and commissioning, performance testing, warranty, inspection prior to final acceptance of a complete plant.

Bidders are required to register and collect the bid document on Apr 26-June 9, 2017 at PLN Head Office c/o procurement officer for Luwuk Gas Engine Power plant 40 MW. (*)
